
About Us
Tanzania Community Ethics Relief Foundation (TCERF) is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded in 2024 under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act No. 24 of 2002, to operate in Tanzania mainland. Our headquarters are located on the 19th floor of Rita Tower, at the intersection of Makunganya and Simu Streets in the Central Business District (CBD) ward of Ilala Municipal Council, Dar es Salaam region.
At TCERF, our mission is to foster a society that upholds strong moral and ethical values, promotes equal rights and opportunities for all, and provides essential services to the most vulnerable members of our community—particularly women, children, and youth. We are committed to addressing some of the most pressing social challenges facing Tanzanian society through a holistic approach that includes education, mentorship, economic empowerment, legal aid, and community-based initiatives.
Our Objectives

Promote Moral Development: To foster moral and ethical values among children and youth through education, mentorship programs, and community engagement.
